Contract scope
This Framework allows for a broad all-encompassing service including amongst other areas, the collection of road traffic debts (parking fines) arising from the enforcement of decriminalised parking restrictions, the payment of Council Tax and National Non-Domestic Business Rate (NNDR).

NATIONAL use by all public sector establishments and registered charities.

How to participate in the Framework
1 Download a printable version of the ESPO User Guide that gives details and information about the suppliers, and details of how to use the Framework in order to identify and appoint the most appropriate supplier for your requirements.
2 In all correspondence, customers should make clear that they are using an ESPO Framework by quoting ESPO Contract 984CC.
3 In the event of problems associated with the Framework, contact the ESPO Buyer named on the User Guide for assistance.
