Contract scope
The supply of a variety of web-based, hosted and secure E-Solutions; E-Tendering, E-Contract Management, E-Document Exchange, E-Evaluation, E-Auctions or whole E-Solutions, all of which are described in the User Guide.
A National Framework Agreement established through a procurement exercise undertaken on behalf of the Pro5 Group of Professional Buying Organisations. The Framework is available for use by any local authority or public sector body in the UK.
Geographical coverage
NATIONAL use by all public sector establishments and registered charities.

How to participate in the Framework
1 Download a printable version of the ESPO User Guide that gives details and information about the suppliers, and details of how to use the Framework in order to identify and appoint the most appropriate supplier for your requirements.
2 In all correspondence, customers should make clear that they are using an ESPO Framework by quoting ESPO Contract 774.
3 In the event of problems associated with the Framework, contact the ESPO Buyer named on the User Guide for assistance.
