Contract scope
A Framework to facilitate the procurement of money transmission and general business banking services (not including Merchant Acquiring Services).
Buying services included in this Framework must be carried out by conducting 'further competition' under the Framework.
Geographical coverage
NATIONAL use by all public sector establishments and registered charities.

How to participate in the Framework
1 Download a printable version of the ESPO User Guide that gives details and information about the suppliers, and details of how to use the Framework in order to identify and appoint the most appropriate supplier for your requirements.
2 In all correspondence, customers should make clear that they are using an ESPO Framework by quoting ESPO Contract 384.
3 In the event of problems associated with the Framework, contact the ESPO Buyer named on the User Guide for assistance.
