ESPO Contract 394
Contract scope
The 394 User Guide describes two of ESPO's Frameworks, 394 which covers Electronic Homecare Monitoring Solutions, and 394R which covers Electronic Homecare Rostering and Scheduling Solutions. The Frameworks offer a fast, low cost method for the procurement of these solutions and are available for use by any local authority or public sector body in the UK.

How to participate in the Framework
1 Download a printable version of the ESPO User Guide that gives details and information about the suppliers, and details of how to use the Framework in order to identify and appoint the most appropriate supplier for your requirements.
2 In all correspondence, customers should make clear that they are using an ESPO Framework by quoting ESPO Contract 394.
3 In the event of problems associated with the Framework, contact the ESPO Buyer named on the User Guide for assistance.
