How to participate in the Framework
1 Download a printable version of the ESPO Contract Schedule/User Guide that includes contact details of the awarded supplier and product/pricing information where individually specified.
2 Contact the supplier directly and place your order, quoting the ESPO Contract Number, obtaining written confirmation of the delivered price to your location (some geographical locations may be subject to a delivery surcharge to the schedule price shown).
3 In the event of problems associated with an order, contact the ESPO Buyer named on the Contract Schedule/User Guide for assistance.
