Dealing Direct is your guide to the thousands of products and services available to you directly from ESPO's contracted suppliers. In most instances orders for products and services shown on this site should be sent DIRECTLY TO THE SUPPLIER. Quote the ESPO contract number shown, to ensure that you receive the correct terms.

Please be aware that some pages on the ESPO Dealing Direct website are only available in Portable Document Format (PDF). To view or print these pages, you must have a PDF viewer such as ‘Adobe Reader’ installed. Adobe Reader is available for most popular operating systems and is available as a free download. You may wish to check with your central IT section whether or not you can download and install Adobe Reader or a similar application.
ESPO ASSISTANCE
Just because Dealing Direct offers you the efficiency of dealing directly with ESPO's contracted suppliers, this does not mean you are on your own if anything goes wrong! If you experience any problems at all, simply call the appropriate buyer at ESPO (go to the contacting ESPO page).
OTHER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We arrange hundreds of contracts for products and services which are not published in Dealing Direct. These are usually where the products or services are very specialised, or where individual customers are the sole intended users. So if you cannot find what you are looking for on this site, please do not assume that ESPO will not be able to help you; just give us a call.

The map illustrates the nine regions that support the National Procurement Strategy.
The nine regions are:

Contract arrangements are identified for use in specific regions, as either:
- 'NATIONAL' - for use throughout all regions illustrated on the map or
- 'INDIVIDUAL REGIONS' - eg. East Midlands

Reference is made to Pro5 where contracts have been let on behalf of the Pro5 Group. The Pro5 Group is a collaboration of professional buying organisations:
- Central Buying Consortium (CBC)
- Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO)
- North Eastern Purchasing Organisation (NEPO)
- West Mercia Supplies (WMS)
- Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation (YPO)
