Welcome to the 'new look' ESPO dealing direct website! We have changed and improved the look and feel of the site as well as the functionality! Our aim is to make the Dealing Direct process simple and informative.

Dealing Direct – What does this mean?

ESPO, acting on behalf of public sector bodies, negotiates a range of EU compliant contract arrangements which are fundamentally designed to enable customers to deal directly with the nominated suppliers.

For the vast majority of contracts here, you will place orders and enquiries for products and services directly to the supplier(s).

All contracts featured on this site fall into three geographical types: National; Regional (for use throughout one or two specific regions); and Authority Specific.

The contracts are open to participation by all public sector bodies and UK registered Charities within the defined geographical areas. These areas are defined by illustrated icons shown here. Each contract summary clearly denotes whether the contract is National, Regional or Authority Specific (bespoke contracts, which are tailored to your exact requirements).

You can access the contract summary for any contract on this site without providing us with any of your details. However, in order to download contract schedules, you will need an eligible e-mail address that identifies you as a public sector body or a valid UK registered Charity. If you are not part of a public sector body or a registered charity, then you may still be entitled to use our contract schedules. Simply follow the sign-up link, submit your details to us and we will get back to you!

All contracts have been subject to a compliant procurement process and the vast majority are let within the European Union.

All contracts are constructed in accordance with English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
